Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Portugal Bridge website and the services we provide. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Portugal Bridge provides relocation, settlement, and advisory services, including immigration strategy, property support, and integration services. Legal services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with Portuguese regulations and may require separate engagement documentation where applicable.
2. Consultations and Fees
The 30-minute consultation fee is EUR 50. The consultation fee is credited toward future paid services within 6 months of the consultation date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees for additional services will be quoted in advance and confirmed in a separate service agreement.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Consultations are scheduled via Calendly or other booking channels. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to respond promptly to requests for documentation. Delays or inaccuracies may impact timelines, outcomes, or eligibility.
5. Third-Party Services
Some services may require coordination with third parties such as notaries, banks, government entities, or property owners. We are not responsible for delays or decisions made by third parties, but we will advocate on your behalf where possible.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we apply professional diligence and legal oversight, outcomes such as visa approvals, property availability, and government processing times are outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will only share it as required to deliver services or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Portugal Bridge and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portugal Bridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise required by law.
